TripuraFireNOC operates strictly as an independent, private architectural drafting and fire safety consultancy. We are not a government agency, nor are we directly affiliated with the Tripura Fire and Emergency Services Department, the Agartala Municipal Corporation (AMC), or the Tripura Urban Planning and Development Authority (TUDA).
While we guarantee that all CAD layouts, structural drawings, and fire safety plans are drafted to comply with the latest National Building Code (NBC) and local Tripura state regulations, the final authority to approve, delay, or reject a Fire No Objection Certificate (NOC) rests entirely with the governing statutory authorities. We cannot and do not guarantee specific timelines for government approval, as these are subject to departmental workloads, site inspections, and administrative procedures beyond our control.
For Phase 1 or remote drafting services where a physical site visit is not conducted by our team, all architectural plans and fire safety layouts are based solely on the structural measurements, sketches, or previous civil plans provided by the client. TripuraFireNOC holds no liability for compliance failures or NOC rejections resulting from inaccurate measurements, undisclosed structural alterations, or false information provided by the property owner, developer, or architect.
All government fees, challans, and applicable state stamp duties are pass-through expenses and are strictly non-refundable once deposited with the government treasury. TripuraFireNOC is not liable for the refund of any statutory fees if a project is abandoned by the client or rejected by the authorities. Our liability is strictly limited to the professional drafting and liaising fees explicitly outlined in our engagement letter.
