Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging TripuraFireNOC for CAD drafting, fire safety planning, or government liaising services, you ("The Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all project estimates, invoices, and professional services provided by our team.

2. Scope of Services

TripuraFireNOC provides specialized architectural and mechanical drafting services aimed at achieving National Building Code (NBC) compliance for Fire Safety NOCs. Our services are strictly limited to the deliverables explicitly stated in your quoted invoice (e.g., Preliminary Compliance Audit, Architectural Fire Plan drafting, or End-to-End Filing).

3. Client Responsibilities & Data Accuracy

For drafting services, the Client is responsible for providing accurate site dimensions, existing civil plans, and structural details. We are not liable for plan rejections, structural incompatibilities, or additional costs incurred due to incorrect, incomplete, or withheld site information provided by the Client or their primary architect.

4. Payment & Fee Structure

• Professional Fees: Work commences only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment. The final CAD files and NOC documents will be handed over upon clearance of the remaining balance.
• Government Fees (Pass-Through): Any fees related to government challans, authority charges, or state stamp duties are billed "At Actuals." These are non-refundable under any circumstances once deposited with the authorities.
• Taxes: All professional fees are subject to 18% GST as per Indian statutory regulations.

5. Revisions and Modifications

We include a reasonable number of drawing revisions (as specified in your project quote) to ensure client satisfaction and departmental compliance. However, major structural changes requested by the Client after the initial CAD layouts have been completed and approved will be subject to additional drafting fees at our standard base rates.

6. Limitation of Liability

TripuraFireNOC assumes no responsibility for the structural integrity of the building, construction delays, or the execution of the fire safety installations on site. Our liability is strictly capped at the total professional fee paid by the Client for the specific drafting and liaising service rendered.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agartala, Tripura.
